YEA SECTOR PLAN 18 20
The Govt. of Uttar Pradesh has formed an autonomous body and created a new authority namely the Yamuna Expressway Authority. The Authority had launched its first Residential Plots scheme at Sector 20, earlier this year and the 1st ever draw happened in October – November 2009.
Applications were invited for residential plots ranging from 300 sq mtrs to 4000 sq mtrs. Allotments were made @ Rs. 4750/-These allotments are presently available at a premium of Rs 500/- to Rs 1000 per sq mtr.
